This includes new buildings and extensions for public and private pre-schools, schools, universities, polytechnics and colleges. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for fact-based information that pay particular attention to the criteria listed below. Criteria Product outline: Kindly provide details about this educational facility; its quality and local content level. Objectives: What were the objectives (needs) behind building this project? And how were these objectives met? Project team: Kindly state the team that were involved in the project, i.e. client, designers, architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, key suppliers, etc. Planning and strategy: Kindly provide details about the planning and strategy to achieve this project. What was the project delivery timeline and budget? Project Excellence: Explain why you feel this project deserves special recognition for this award, highlighting any innovations introduced. Health & Safety: Outline the Health and Safety initiatives in place during the course of the project. Sustainability: Describe, if any, the steps taken to improve energy efficiency, increase use of renewables and/or reduce emissions (direct and indirect) during construction and for the future use of the building(s). Client satisfaction: Kindly provide details about your company’s relationship with your clients? Do clients think you deliver products in time? Do they think you provide value for their money? Detail specific examples of when you went beyond the demand brief to deliver outstanding service to your clients. How have you responded to customer complains? Give examples. Health & Safety: Provide a background of the Health and Safety initiatives in work place. Explain how they have given rise to a substantial positive change. Please include any other statements or facts that support your entry, including client testimonials where possible.
